All orders will usually be processed within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The time stated is based on South African Standard Time (UTC +2hours).

Our standard lead time for orders without embroidery or alterations is 3–5 working days from date of payment, before the order is handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

Standard orders that include embroidered logos have a lead time of 7–10 working days from date of payment, for production. Once completed, the order will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

All custom orders have a standard lead time of 7–14 working days from date of payment, for production. Once your order is completed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

The standard courier delivery timeframe for South African deliveries typically ranges between 3 to 5 working days from the moment of dispatch.

However, during periods of heightened demand, it is possible that delivery times may extend to 10-15 business days

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner.

Shipping is R90 nationwide for all South African deliveries via Standard courier.

For international deliveries, upon entering your delivery details, we will calculate the delivery charges based on your given address per customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
